PREGNANCY YOGA Classes

Hey my darlings …

My pregnancy yoga classes are back and I can’t wait to share these beautiful and much needed practices again with more expectant mammas to be!

After a little pause due to having no venue to hold these beautiful sessions I now have a sweet space to teach these essential sessions for pregnant women. I have been teaching and specialising in pre and post natal yoga for 12 years now, journeying with women through thier experiences of pregnancy, preparing their body and minds for birthing and supporting them with postpartum healing and nevigating motherhood.

My work here is infused with ancient and primal techniques that I share and teach – these have been used by women for thousands of years for the support of a lighter better Birth and its these techniques that clear the path of doubt and fear and remind a women of her extraordinary ability

Each class is infused with a nurturing and supportive pre-natal body yoga sequence, I work with gravity and expansion to best support optimal birthing positions and I teach breathing techniques with practice contraction Journeys to create a deeper connection for women to lean into a more empowered birth experience.

Classes also offer sound vibration guided relaxations and post natal recovery support.
