Avocado chocolate chia pudding💚
Calling all chocoholics… You will love this as a late night desert! And a Guilt free one!
It’s also gluten-free dessert with no refined sugar!
Its so quick to make and so so delicious….
This is all you need:
1 large avocado, I like the dark green creamy ones as they are the best.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder-I use organic Green and Blacks
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk-or you could use Almond milk
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or use raw 1-2 tablespoons raw honey, local honey is best)
Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired
Here’s what to do…
1. Blend all ingredients in a small food processor until smooth.
2. Can serve immediately, but it is best set in the fridge to chill (and for the chia to set) about ten minutes or make in the morning to set and have after your working day. I don’t know about you but I often catch myself thinking about what to have for tea or supper whilst I’m working through the day!! Something delicious to look forward to is a winner!
3. Serve with toppings of choice like fresh berries, chopped nuts, coconut, goji berries and/or mint.
