How is pregnancy for you and what are you moving through right now? This huge shift in our mind and body is a unique journey for each of us as we grow into bodies in a different way, but one where we all walk a path that is delicate and in need of immense support and peace.

I’d love for you to sink into this and receive everything you need to feel deeply nourished.

For a lighter better birth đź’—

Do you know how remerkable you are? How ancient this memory of birthing is and how you already have it embedded into your body, it’s in our dna, this primal state within. Our bodies already have this in order to know how to birth our babies. We just have to connect back and trust!

You are always welcome to share your experiences, any fears or doubts about this path you are on.

To be heard and seen.

Its so important to feel this! Even by reading or hearing stories about what other women go through, their similar struggles, emotions and empowering moments-this gives us much needed connection and brings a reminder that you are not alone!

Everything you feel is valid and sacred. 


Remember for thousands of years women have birthed. Women have supported women and we can come together again. 

And this is the truth in the work that I do to plan each pregnancy yoga class, it embodies this deep longing to be supported whilst we are traveling here. This journey is huge!

And so was my regally here!!! …

 

This was a pic of me just two days before giving birth to my second son, Mani, his name meaning “place of the aging gem or jewel”.
Now 8 yrs old!! But there is always lots of reminiscing and remembering of this special time, especially when I’m teaching my pregnancy and birthing journey support classes.

And with all that in my heart…

I feel you.

I hear you.

So within my classes I have planned to share some of the many things that got me through the toughest parts of pregnancy and I infuse my practices with postpartum healing support to help you recover and rest well after birthing your baby.

For our next practice we will move the body gently, with lots of wide open stretches and swaying techniques to relax the physical body and make space. We will also focus on:
-Breathing exercises to help induce a state of relaxation and flow, altering brainwaves with a mini Hypnobirthing guided deep relaxation journey.
– We will also practice a sound vibration mantra, Brahmi breath technique for a sonic massage experience for your baby.

Join me for a healing and restful practice to slow down and rest the nervous system, help bring comfort and ease to your pregnant body and prepare for birthing.
