Spreading love not fear
World Health and Connection
“Once you choose hope, anything is possible”. —Christopher Reeves
Facing the shock of what is currently happening globally with what is now a world pandemic with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
I wanted to give my thoughts and highlight that we all feel the same things. This fear. Anxiety and worry. It only connects us deeper together and recognising that connection, we can look out for each other. Protecting ourselves, our loved ones and everyone around us—
It is now that our yoga practice is more important than ever, this tool that supports us, our bodies and our minds. Our nervous system and immune system. Staying healthy and strong is the most important thing we can do.
There’s no doubt 2020 will be a critical year collectively and for us as individually, But I believeif you spread love around the world instead of focusing on the fear we can change things!
I actually see this bringing people together, so know that no matter what happens this year, the outcome for our world and for you individually can be positive and life changing.
The best mindset is to trust. Trust in what we can do to help, trust in Mother Nature and to give as much love as we can back to this planet and the people in it.
For now, please continue with the leading advice on cleanliness and the best ways to prevent illness and being exposed to the virus. Reading the link below for these guidelines.

Reminders when attending Yoga Class :
— All mats and blocks are cleaned before use with anti bacterial spray, I will also now leave the anti-bacterial spray and wipes out for those who wish to clean their mats or own their mats.
— We will continue not to use the eye pillows.
— Extra Hand wash will be available in the bathrooms at the hall.
— I would recommend and appreciate that you wash your hands before attending yoga class and after the session.
— Your welcome to bring your own hand sanitiser to also use. I have ordered a pack for classes and they will be available to use. For those who are unable to purchase any hand sanitiser, I also use a combination of essential oils and you can watch in my Instagram stories for advice on using these for their anti- bacterial and anti viral properties—Nature’s medicine.
— If you feel unwell in any way, or believe you have had contact with anyone who has contracted the virus please refrain from practicing and inform us ASAP.
— if the UK do decide to go into isolation I will be offering yoga classes via Zoom, a live video link that we can all connect to and still practice together. Please let me know if this is something you would commit to.
Sending all my love and light.

I’m amazed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s both equally educative and engaging, and without a doubt, you
have hit the nail on the head. The issue is something not enough
men and women are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy I found this in my hunt for
something concerning this.
